Comprising a 16-story tower and two mid-rise buildings (R+6 and R+8), the complex is anchored by an active base of shops, cafés, green terraces, and public spaces, creating a vibrant, walkable environment.

Its parametric double-skin façade blends beauty and performance — acting as a solar filter and symbol of bioclimatic innovation. Inside, 7EVEN OFFICES offers premium offices, flexible coworking areas, a modular conference center, panoramic dining, and padel courts, all supported by smart energy systems and eco-efficient technologies.
